My name is Tamar Odenheimer, and I am an illustrator, animator and an animator-director. I am a graduate of the Bezalel Academy of Art in Jerusalem, in the Department of Screen-Based Art.
Since my graduation in 2016, I’ve worked on a wide range of projects, from musical clips and documentary films to book illustration. In addition, I have participated in exhibits and curated an exhibit for the “Outline Festival” in Jerusalem.
I work in ink, colored pencils and digital tools.
What is most important for me in my work is maintaining a sense of vitality and “aliveness,” seeking to draw out, through vivid colors, the emotions embedded in a scene.
I am a founder of the Tohu Collective, a group of young animators in Jerusalem, who initiate artistic projects and cultural events.
